For any emergency please dial 9 immediately to inform Reception and dial 0, then 000 to obtain outside help for any emergency (fire, medical, personal security).
FIRE ALARM
In the event of an activation (Whoop Whoop Whoop) evacuate quickly and calmly to the nearest exit and proceed to the designated assembly point outside the Play House Theatre, Bathurst Street. Do not stop to take belongings.
DO NOT USE THE LIFTS. Remember, in the event of any emergency personal safety should be your priority.
Please note, if the Fire Alarm is activated, causing a full evacuation due to Guest negligence e.g. smoking, burning food etc then the Hotel reserves the right to pass on all costs incurred by the Hotel to the guest responsible. The current Fire brigade call out fee for false alarms / negligence is $990.
