Terms and Conditions

You may not bring the following into the hotel

·         pets (except for registered guide, assistance, or companion dogs) or livestock

·         any electrical appliances, and/or equipment for heating and/or cooking purposes.  The in-room kettle is for boiling water only.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. There is a designated smoking area out the front of the hotel on Elizabeth Street.

Please consider other guests and keep noise to acceptable levels. 

Please report noise disturbances by dialing 9.

Please note, if the Fire Alarm is activated, causing a full evacuation due to Guest negligence e.g. smoking, burning food etc then the Hotel reserves the right to pass on all costs incurred by the Hotel to the guest responsible. The current Fire brigade call out fee for false alarms / negligence is $990.
